eForms is a legal forms provider with an extensive library of over 5,000 documents, primarily for users in the United States. A subscriber can cancel their subscription within their profile (one-click unsubscribe), email, phone, or live chat.

Quick Cancel

Go to [login_button] and log in to your account.
In the upper-right corner of the website, click the “My eForms” tab.
Scroll down and click “Subscriptions.”
On the subscriptions page, click the red “Cancel Subscription” button.
A pop-up will appear (cancellation offer). Decline it, and confirm by clicking “Cancel Subscription.”

How to Cancel (Desktop)

1 Login to eForms

2 Select “Subscription” from the drop-down

Bring the cursor to the upper-right portion of the webpage where it says “My eForms” and select “Subscription” (which brings you to the Subscription page).

3 Click “Cancel Subscription”

Click the white “Cancel Subscription” button in the red lettering.

4 Confirm Cancellation

Confirm cancellation by clicking the “Cancel Subscription” button again in the pop-up window that appears. After clicking, your cancellation will be confirmed.

5 View Updated Status

To ensure your cancellation is complete, view its status on the subscription page. In addition, it will also share how long your subscription is valid.

Refund Policy

eForms sometimes issues refunds, but it is dependent on the customer service agent reviewing the account. However, in accordance with its terms of use, eForms is not obligated to give a refund after a payment has been made.

Refunds ARE Given

If a user creates a document during the free trial, but forgets to cancel after 7 days.[1][2][3]
Those who accidentally purchased an annual plan were refunded on a pro-rata amount of $150.[4]

Refunds NOT Given

If a user is caught making multiple accounts under different email addresses.[5][6]
If an annual plan is selected, this is an upfront and non-refundable charge.[7][8]

What should I do before canceling?

As a safety precaution, all documents created should be downloaded. Although eForms states that access remains during the “billing period,” this was confirmed in our tests.[9]

Can I cancel during the free trial?

Yes, a user can cancel at any time during the free trial without being charged, regardless of how many documents are created on the website.

Will I be charged again after I cancel?

No, canceling within the free trial or during the subscription period will stop any further charges. This includes single-document purchases.

Do I lose access as soon as I cancel?

No, after canceling, access remains for the full 7 days.

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Mainly, if a user has determined to access their account after the 7-day trial, a refund is not granted.

How do I delete my account?

There is no manual way to delete your account. To delete your account and all personal information on eForms, you must make a formal request by emailing their customer service at support@eforms.com from the email you wish to delete.
